Can admission be charged at the door? (oh, yeah!)
If you haven't received your order by the end of the next business day (M-F), please contact me right away. Usually, the problem is one of the following:
I'm sorry, but no. I post the full, unlicensed script to help you choose a play that suits your needs. Permission to use my plays on stage or in a classroom is granted only to those who have paid the royalty for a licensed script. Each one of my plays is the result of many weeks of hard work. It's only right that I'd be compensated.
Please respect my copyright and don't use these plays without paying for a licensed script. Thank you.
The royalty for most licensed scripts is $25.00, while for some it is $10.00. All prices include:
All plays are listed on the home page. Go there, then click the yellow button for the play in which you're interested and go to the page for the play. Ordering information and buttons are at the bottom of each play page. Use Mastercard, Visa, Amex or your Paypal Account
All license, terms, and agreements information can be found by clicking the blue button below:
No refunds. All orders are final. Please make sure you read the scripts and synopsis carefully before ordering. This is in place for copyright protection. Also read the License, Terms, & Agreements page (click blue button below):
If you don't receive your script within one business day, please contact me immediately. If you misplace your file at any time, feel free to contact me and I will send you a replacement file free of charge.
The price of the script includes 1 single performance of the script and license to use in the classroom for reading and educational purposes.
A performance is defined as "a staging of the play for the public, the school, or a gathering of people." Rehearsals and classroom use are NOT considered performances.
Extra performances are $5.00 each. They can be added when ordering the licensed script at the bottom of each play page. If you don't know how many performances you are going to have or need when ordering the script, just pay the base price (includes 1st performance) and return to the website at a later time and purchase any extra performances you need. You are on your honor (honor system). There is a Buy Xtra Shows link on top and bottom of every page like below:
Yes. You are encouraged to do so, even
if it is just a dollar or two. People don't
mind paying a little to see a play, especially
if you make it clear that it is to help defer
the costs to put on the play, support the
drama program or theater, or for charity. Some
people call it a "suggested donation." Drama clubs, theaters, and charities have made
thousands of dollars using my plays. Charge as much as you want, the royalties for a script and any extra performances is all you have to pay me. You don't have to pay me a piece of your admission money
